Tuning In: A 3-Week [Subtle Energy & Movement] Mini Series
The work that I practice is about allowing and release. I was drawn to it because it felt empowering. You mean, I have the ability to release some of these things on my own? I'm in. Of course there are times when we want and need a witness, need support. But these practices guide you into a deeper knowing of the self and the body. When we invite the body into the breath, into intuitive movement - there is a release, a remembering. It takes practice, yes, but it's all there.
Some of you might be craving that exact thing, some of you might only have a sense of what I am talking about - both are perfect. This is an art, a practice. It is meant to empower you and to remind you that you really can access release and freedom - in the body and otherwise.
The tools that I lean on in my practice and guide clients to are not by accident. I use the breath, stillness, and intuitive movement because I WANT you to REMEMBER that you can access these tools anytime and anywhere. I want you to feel empowered by this. In those moments that an emotion or an experience has a strong presence, I want you to remember your breath and the powerful tool that it is.
That is why I do this work, and that is what this Mini Series is about.

That’s exactly what we’ll explore in this 3-week series designed to help you reconnect with your body, move with ease, and release what’s ready to go.
What to Expect:
🌀 Week 1: Rooting In (April 16 or 17 – intake/coaching session - remote)
We begin with a 1:1 coaching session to explore where you are physically, emotionally, and energetically. We'll discuss patterns, sensations, and intentions for this journey.

🌀 Week 2: Unwinding & Release (April 23 or 24 – Remote intuitive energy session)
This is a deep reset for your system. Through remote energy work, we invite the body to release tension and stored patterns. You’ll receive insights and reflections afterward to integrate.
✨ Includes: Guided breathwork & movement prompt to encourage self-unwinding
🌀 Week 3: Integration & Embodiment (April 30 @ 6:30 PM CST – Virtual group session)
Together, we’ll reflect, share, and move intuitively—allowing the body to settle into what it has opened. Expect gentle breathwork, grounding, and self-unwinding techniques.

Integrative Energy - Private Group Sessions
A combination of Intuitive Energy Work, Craniosacral Therapy, and Dynamic Body Balancing.
The session begins with a grounding meditation, followed by a blend of energy-balancing touch, universal life force energy, and structural alignment techniques.
Participants typically experience deep relaxation and gentle shifts. The session concludes group shares about the experience, fostering community and leaving each individual with a renewed sense of balance, vitality, and inner calm.*** Up to 6 participants ***
